Desi Cow Ghee (A spoonful of goodness and health)Desi Cow Ghee is the food that not only adds the flavour in food but also it makes our food balanced diet. It has a high smoke point, is free of lactose and casein, and is high in beneficial compounds like CLA and butyrate. It also contains several fat-soluble vitamins, including vitamins A, E and K.
Ghee benefits include improving digestion, reducing inflammation, promoting weight loss and strengthening the bones. Contrary to the popular scientific myth (about fat and cholesterol), its content helps the body to lose weight, regulate digestion and build immune system.
It is used as food as well as medicine to it also used in worship of god and goddesses. Pure desi cow milk ghee is beneficial for our health it contains lots of fats which provide more energy to our body. We can use a spoon of ghee in our daily diet. However, a healthy human can consume three spoons a day, without any side- effects.
This ghee is made from A2 milk which is different from A1 milk in composition. A1 milk causes diabetes, heart diseases, obesity, digestive problems etc. while A2 milk is literally a medicine which nourishes our brain, bones and immune systems. These qualities are transferred to the ghee as well.
